Easy Care: Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediatley. Do not immerse in water. Do not put in the dishwasher. Allow air to circulate around the board while drying to avoid warpage. Treat often with our 100% Pure Food Grade Mineral Oil to maintain the luster of the wood.
